Your data, no mystery.
This policy describes the personal information LobbyZero handles today. We collect the minimum needed to run the brief, evidence desk, and launch-week testing crew.
What we collect
Brief subscribers: email address plus referral source or campaign tags in the page URL.
Intel submissions: submission type, headline, source URL, explanation, optional credit or handle, moderation status, and review notes.
Timed-run submissions: method, platform, player count, run time, payout, evidence link, notes, optional public credit, and a private Discord handle or email used to verify the report.
Founding Runner applications: Discord handle, optional email, launch platforms, time zone, testing availability, preferred team style, optional measurement interests, referral tags, application status, and private review notes.
Technical data: our hosting and database providers may process IP address, browser or device details, request time, referring page, and security logs needed to deliver and protect the service. LobbyZero does not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How we use it
We use email addresses to deliver the LobbyZero Brief and measure which campaigns bring in members. We use submissions to investigate claims, contact contributors when possible, moderate abuse, correct the record, and publish approved intelligence. We use runner applications to select and coordinate a balanced launch-week testing crew by platform, time zone, and availability. We use technical data to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
Retention and location
We keep subscriber information while the subscription is active and retain submissions as long as needed for editorial history, moderation, disputes, security, or legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed. Providers may process information outside your province or country, where it can be subject to local law.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to you, withdraw consent for optional uses, or challenge how it was handled. To make a request, use the Submit Intel form, choose “Correction,” begin the headline with “PRIVACY REQUEST,” and use this page as the required source URL. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns you.
Email subscribers can unsubscribe using the link included in a brief once email delivery begins. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
Security
We use access controls, restricted administration, encrypted network connections, and data-provider safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service can promise absolute security. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will respond and notify affected people and regulators as required.
Children
LobbyZero is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child submitted personal information, send a privacy request so we can review and remove it.
Updates and accountability
We will update this policy when our products, providers, or data practices change and show the new effective date here. Privacy requests are reviewed by the LobbyZero site operator. You may also contact the privacy regulator that applies where you live.
