The service

LobbyZero is an independent gaming intelligence and community project. We collect, organize, score, and publish source-linked claims and launch information. LobbyZero is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Discord, Polymarket, or any other publisher or platform mentioned on the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that consent. Third-party communities may impose additional age rules.

Your submissions

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give LobbyZero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, reproduce, edit for clarity, publish, distribute, and display that content for operating and promoting the service. This licence includes displaying the credit or handle you provide. You can ask us to remove personal credit, though we may keep non-personal records needed for moderation, security, or legal compliance.

You promise that you have the right to submit the material and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights, confidentiality, or the law. Do not send private information, stolen material, embargoed content obtained unlawfully, or anything you expect us to keep confidential.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, probe or disrupt its systems, impersonate others, submit malware or spam, scrape it in a way that harms the service, harass people, or use LobbyZero to distribute illegal or rights-infringing material. We may reject, remove, or preserve submissions and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or community.

Claims and accuracy

Statuses, confidence scores, countdowns, market data, and editorial assessments can change. They are informational community research—not guarantees, financial advice, purchasing advice, or official announcements. Follow linked primary sources and make your own decisions.

Third-party services

LobbyZero links to third-party sites and may direct members to community platforms. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and moderation. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LobbyZero disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms as LobbyZero develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. For a correction, legal concern, or rights request, use the Submit Intel form and identify the request clearly in the headline.
